Applications are accepted year-round. Those received by May 1st will be considered for the upcoming fall (October – December) and spring (March – May) seasons.
Before submitting an application, be sure you can:
List the address of your site. If address is unknown or uncertain, provide the nearest intersection.
The project organizer is responsible for overseeing project development, submitting project plan, recruiting volunteers, calling Miss Utility, providing refreshments and a light meal for volunteers, and committing to watering trees for three years.
